Most orders ship via UPS ground the next business day. For your planning purposes, please refer to the delivery date estimate provided in your print quote.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after the order is received at MustHaveMenus. When we ship the order, we'll send you a shipping notice including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.
You can also find order information, order status, and status history in your Print History found in the Account Settings tab.
From your homepage:
Access Account Settings by selecting the the letters inside the circle in the upper right on the Home page, as shown below:
Your account settings are split into User Information, Billing Information, Subscription, Locations, and Print History.
The print orders for the selected location will appear along with options to reorder, view order details, and edit the design.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order.
