Most orders ship via UPS ground the next business day. For your planning purposes, please refer to the delivery date estimate provided in your print quote.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after the order is received at MustHaveMenus. When we ship the order, we'll send you a shipping notice including a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

You can also find order information, order status, and status history in your Print History found in the Account Settings tab.

From My Designs:
Access My Account by selecting the small white round face icon in the upper right hand corner of the My Designs homepage, as shown below:

Choose the Account Settings tab from the drop down list. Your account settings are split into Subscription, User, Personal Information, Billing Information and Print History

The print orders for the selected location will appear along with options to reorder, see order details, and edit the menu.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order.
