Create and send a link of any saved design by clicking SHARE in the upper right corner of the editing software.

There are two link options for sharing the design. The View Only Link lets your customers view the design, but they cannot make any changes. The Template Link enables others to edit the design. Sign in will be required for them to access the design to edit or make a copy for their own account.

View Only -

Select the "View Link Only" option from the drop-down list. Next, select the Get Link button to create the URL.

Once the Share Link is created, you will see the URL appear underneath the publishing options. Select the 'copy' button to quickly copy the new Share Link and paste it in an email or on a website!

Template Link -

The Select the "Template Link" option from the drop-down list. Next, select the Get Link button to create the URL.

Template Link -

Once the Share Link is created, the URL will appear underneath the publishing options. Select the 'copy' button to quickly copy the new Share Link and send to any partners.

After the design has been updated, select the round double arrow icon button in the upper right corner of the editing software. It will be between the gray download arrow and the "Order Prints" button. See the image below-

To proceed with syncing the changes, select the round double arrow icon button. This action will sync the recent changes everywhere that the design is published.

The round double arrow icon button in the upper right corner of the editing software will show the word 'PUBLISHED' once all of the changes have been synced.
